A Little Bit About Ainsley
Ainsley is a Carleton Place native who graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College’s Massage Therapy program in 2012 with an Advanced Diploma. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and holds membership in good standing with the CMTO and the RMTAO. While Ainsley has years of experience working with many issues and alignments involving soft tissue, her true passion is working with pre / postpartum women and infants. Following this passion led Ainsley to train with Bebo Mia in 2016. She has been working as a Birth and Postpartum Doula since completing this program in 2018. As a Doula, Ainsley assists families before, during, and after labour. She is very excited to work in the birthing community and help families throughout the Ottawa Valley.
